I write this letter to inform you that there is a discrepancy in my Marks Sheet, and I request you to rectify that as I have to apply at Universities for admission.

I had my International Examinations this year, for which I received the result almost 15 days ago. My result, unfortunately, was not up to the mark and was completely opposite from what I was expecting as I had worked very hard for the examinations.
I dearly request you to forward my rechecking application to the examination committee as they do not accept applications without the school’s approval.
I have also attached my result, exam hall entry slip/roll number slip, and a formal application that has to be submitted to the Examination Committee.
